- A 10% discount will be provided if you have group registration for at least 3 people.
- All 3 members will get a 10% discount.
- The discount is applicable for the conference registration only. [Not for the tour package].

- Conference Tour Price Inclusion?
- Author Registration (In-Person and Online) – Do not register and pay until we officially send you the acceptance letter after the through peer-review process. Once you register the conference after the peer review process and camera ready submission, the fee is not refundable.
- Listener Registration (In-Person and Online) – You can register anytime and cancellation possible with full refund within 14 days of registration. You have to send us a cancellation request to conference@icaaidt.no. We will get back to you with the Cancellation form (Norwegian).
- Conference Tour Package – Once you register the conference tour package for the hotel booking and other travel arrangements, you cannot cancel it and the payments are not refundable.
- A listener may be a co-author, accompanying person or a normal attendee.
- The accompanying person may be a partner, friend, colleague or family member.
