Submission Guidelines

The authors of the ICETBDT should pay attention to the Submission Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Before submission, authors should make sure the following:

>> The submissions are original, relevant in the field, within the scope of ICETBDT conference, with proper scientific and technical contributions.
>> The submissions are unpublished and not simultaneously submitted in another conference/ journal.
>> Paper written in English with a maximum paper length of eight (8) pages. If the paper exceeds 8 pages, the author must pay an extra 50 USD per page.
>> Paper must be formatted and submitted in a word file.

>> Only accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICETBDT Conference Proceedings.

Submission Process

From paper writing to submission for peer-review and acceptance.

01. Prepare Your Paper

Submit your paper in the prescribed format. We accept original manuscripts and ensure that the paper is within the scope of the ICETBDT Conference.


02. Check Plagiarism

All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism and AI content detection check, through Turnitin software. You can check the plagiarism before sending the paper to us. We will also check the plagiarism and initial screening once we receive your paper. Checkout ICETBDT Plagiarism Guidelines for more details.


03. Submit for Peer-Review

Once you have prepared the paper as per the guidelines provided, you can submit the paper via PaperChair peer review platform. [Sign-in to PaperChair for the paper submission. If you don’t have account with PaperChair, Sign-up].

One of the authors should upload the paper as the corresponding author. All submitted manuscripts will go through a peer review process to ensure high quality publication. The overall quality and relevance of submitted manuscripts directly impact acceptance rates.

04. Decision

Your paper may be accepted or rejected based on the peer-review report. If the paper is accepted, you have to modify the paper as per the reviewers comments. The authors receive an accept or reject decision with constructive feedback that they can utilize to improve their research paper.


05. Camera Ready Submission

We encourage authors to carefully reviewing the feedback and suggestions provided by the Editor/ Reviewer to incorporate all necessary comments prior to the camera-ready submission. Sign-in to PaperChair for the Camera Ready Submission.

Initial Submission Steps

  • Download paper from this link.
  • Submit the paper in the submission platform. Please use this link.
Note:
  • We will notify you all the remaining stages via Email.
  • We will inform you our decision (Acceptance/ Rejection).
  • We will inform you the further steps (Revision/ Camera Ready Submission)

Camera-Ready Submission

  • The final paper (manuscript) must be prepared based on the reviewer’s comments and according to the final paper format.
  • Only paper that has been corrected according to the reviewer’s suggestion and feedback will be considered for the inclusion in the final proceedings.
  • An acceptance letter will be sent to the corresponding author once the paper is accepted after the thorough peer review. For more details of the peer review process, refer to the peer review guidelines of ICAAIDT.
  • In camera ready, the similarity rate should be less than 15%.

  1. Prepare the camera-ready version.
  2. Prepare and sign the copy-right form. You may download the copyright form
  3. Upload the Camera-Ready paper and Copyright form. Use this link for the upload.

Paper Acceptance

Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must register and attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. If the co-authors are attending the conference, they must register separately as Listener.

Conference Registration

Conference registration is the last step! Once you successfully upload your camera-ready paper and the copyright form, you can register for the conference. Your participation will be confirmed after the successful registration and payment.
