Here’s the checklist for a Norway Schengen visa application. If Norway is the first point of entry, you should apply for a visa to Norway Embassy/ Consulate in your home country.

For your Schengen visa application, you must prepare the documents as per the checklist provided here.
(1) VFS Appointment + VFS Service Fee + Visa Fee
(2) Passport Copy (all used pages)
(3) Latest white background photograph (Size: 35-40MM, 70%-80% face coverage)
(4) Filled Schengen Visa Application Form
(5) Conference Invitation Letter from Conference Organizer.
(6) Latest CV of the Candidate.
(7) Travel Health Insurance [minimum coverage for medical expenses: EUR 30,000]
(8) Return Air Ticket (Reservation)
(9) Hotel Booking Confirmation
(10) Travel Itinerary
(11) Letter from Employer or University
(12) Financial Proof (The conference organizer may provide the sponsorship in some situations like early bird registration or purchase of Conference Tour. With the sponsorship, there is no need to show the financial proof. Contact us for more details).
